Moderate Exercise, Quicker Conception Linked, Boston University Study

Among women trying to get pregnant, moderate exercise is tied to more success, according to a new study. However, with exception of overweight and obese women, women who exercise vigorously take a longer time to conceive. While exercise has been linked to a lower risk of several diseases, such as diabetes, heart disease and depression, its effects on fertility are less clear.
